Q: Can you resend my registration email?


A: Send us an email containing your name and the email address you used when purchasing PrintSprint and we will resend your registration.


Q: I purchased PrintSprint. When do I get my registration email?


A: We email your registration information within an hour. Often much less. We’ve found that once in a while an email won’t make it through for some reason. Perhaps it’s an overzealous spam filter or simply a “glitch” in an email server. If you suspect this has happened, please let us know via email and we’ll promptly resend your information.


Q: How do I work with Aperture or Photo Booth?


A: From the File pull-down menu select “Choose Images...”. At the bottom left of the file selector panel open the “Media” item and from there you can select Aperture or Photo Booth.


Q: I need help. What is your phone number?


A: We do all of our support via email since we’re a small organization. The downside is that you can’t talk to someone as quickly as dialing the phone. The upside is that you get help from the same people who wrote the software so you are having a dialog with the people who are the most likely to know the answer.


Q: Can I use PrintSprint on more than one computer?


A: A purchase of PrintSprint is intended for either one person to use on one (or more) computers or on a single computer used by one (or more) people.
